The room was adequate, amenities fine, breakfast also fine. The staff was very helpful and friendly
There was a slight smell of smoke in the room. I even asked to move because the smell of smoke was so strong, while I asked for a non-smoking room. After moving, the smell was still there, but lesser. I realized maybe it was not cigarettes from the room but still slight smoke smell from something else.

yeah... it is fair considering the price
breakfast is fair, not so much variation, but it is oke
old bathub and it is leaking, causing the wet floor to be flooded with seeping water from the bathtub the bathroom's design is too tight, bathroom's space is uncomfortable because of the difference in floor heights

this place could have been perfect if it has better management
good locations, opposite trans mall. has small pool and fitness area
im staying on 819.towels could have been change, too old. toilet does not clean enough for hotel claiming 4star. we found lots of babies and medium cockroach coming from toilet. we asked for insect spray but it does not really works since its too many. my parents stayed on 907 and there was water leaking i think from aircon. it was our first Dafam experience and not sure if we would try other dafam hotel in other city.
